"All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence.” Martin Luther King Jr.
Martin Luther King had a dream that all people of every race, religion and creed could live together as brothers and sisters, the children of God. On his famous march in Birmingham, Alabama he asked."How long until this dream comes true?" The crowd responded. "Not long!" Dr. King responded, "How long? Not Long!", "How Long?" ''Not Long!”
Today, of course, his dream has not yet become reality. It has taken longer than he hoped. But the dream is still alive.
In Chiropractic, we have a dream. We dream that one day people will see health as their most important asset. We pray every day that all will realize that without health, money is powerless and life is useless. We have hope that one day people will trust in themselves. That they will trust God to get them well rather than pills, potions and prescriptions. We have a dream that all people will live with the end in mind and do something about their health before it is gone. That people will take care of the todays, to make sure of the tomorrows. We have a dream that people will look to the spine, the source of the very nerve supply that runs the entire body, and see to it that it stays well. If everyone understands that God is within all of us, they will take care of themselves and take care of each other more. And we have a dream, that if this happens, we will one day close the jails, fill the temples and churches, empty the hospitals and shut down the mental institutions.
HOW LONG - NOT LONG!
HOW LONG - NOT LONG!
HOW LONG - NOT LONG!
Predicting his death, Martin Luther King said it did not matter if he were around, a principle is the truth and cannot be stopped - "FREEDOM WILL RING."
With the Chiropractic principle, we know one day HEALTH WILL RING.
“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, what are you doing for others?”
- Martin Luther King Jr.
